Room Hire
The Gap Community Centre is located in a very accessible area of north-east Warwick. The Gap is close to the town centres of Warwick and Leamington and easy to find from further locations. The A46 Coventry/Stratford Road and the M40 are only minutes away, and regular bus services are close by - find us here. Our centre has been highly specified to welcome people with special needs.
Location
We operate a sliding scale of charges for room hire and continue to remain a very competitive option for all types of events. The Gap offers two types of ‘One-off’ bookings and ‘Block’ bookings (minimum of 5 bookings), where discounts will be considered dependent upon frequency of usage.
We will be happy to show you our facilities and explain where everything is, during Gap office hours. Basic self-service refreshments, for example tea, coffee, milk, squash, etc. can be provided in disposable cups. We can also arrange great value buffet lunches on your behalf – just let us know what you would like and we can provide costings for you.
Booking Process and Hire Costs
Our Spaces
Located at the back of the centre, this multi-purpose room is ideal for functional or more relaxed events. It seats approximately 20 people at tables for formal purposes, with ‘social seating’ for approximately 30 people.
Training Room
This large area is superb for activities that require space to move around in. It can also ‘table seat’ approximately 70 people, with ‘social seating’ for approximately 100 people.
Main Hall
Situated in the front of the building, this distinctive and bright room can seat approximately 15 people at tables for formal purposes and would offer ‘social seating’ for approximately 20 people.
Meeting Room
A friendly, comfortable environment with easy chairs, books, board games, games console and TV. Can seat 15 people meeting style or accommodate up to 20 people in a casual layout.
Youth Room
A more private setting, perfect for small groups of people or ‘one to one’ sessions, seating a maximum of five pe. It is located at the back of our central reception area and looks out onto The Gap gardens.
Quiet Room
A smaller private space, ideal for ‘one to one’ counselling and support sessions, seating a maximum of three people. This comfortable room is located off the main café area and provides a less formal space.
Comfort Room
A galley kitchen which is perfect for preparing light snacks and refreshments.
