Facilities
The GAP Community and Training Centre is a charitable organisation located in an easily accessible area of north-east Warwick. The GAP is close to the town centres of Warwick and Leamington and easy to find from further locations, with the A46 Coventry/Stratford road and the M40 only minutes away; and regular bus services closeby. Our centre has been highly specified to welcome people with special needs.
Room Hire
We operate a sliding scale of charges; please see 'The GAP- Booking Rates' information sheets. The GAP offers two types of booking 'One-off' bookings and 'Block' bookings (minimum 5 bookings), where discounts will be considered dependent upon frequency of usage. We will be happy to show you our facilities and explain where everything is, during Gap office hours. Basic self -service refreshments, for example tea, coffee, milk, sugar, squash, biscuits etc. can be provided in disposable cups. They will be charged at 50p per person. We can also arrange buffet lunches.
Main Hall
This large area is superb for activities, which require space to move around in. It can also 'table seat' approximately 70 people, with 'social seating' for approximately 100 people.

Meeting Roon
Situated in the front of the building, this distinctive and bright room can seat approximately 15 people at tables for formal purposes, and would offer 'social seating' for approximately 20 people.

Training Room
Located at the back of the centre, this multi-purpose room is ideal for functional or more relaxed events. It seats approximately 20 people at tables for formal purposes, with 'social seating' for approximately 30 people.

Quiet Room
A more private setting, perfect for small groups of people or 'one to one' sessions, seating 4 (maximum 5). It is located at the back of our central reception area and looks out onto The GAP gardens.

Youth Room
A friendly, comfortable environment with easy chairs and a pool table, seating 15.

Multimedia Room
New equipment has just been installed, consisting of eight computers in a purpose-built room, each with full internet access.
